We'd love to hear about it! Just give Dustin a call or text at (270) 789-9526, or fill out our quote form, whichever is easier for you. We'll chat about what you have in mind, then set up a free consultation, usually right at your property, so we can see the space and hear your ideas in person. From there, we'll put together a detailed written estimate for you.
-
Not at all! Some of our clients come to us with finished blueprints, and others start with a few photos and a list of must-haves. Both are perfect starting points. We'll help you turn your ideas into a plan, and if you need a designer, we're happy to point you to one we trust.
-
Absolutely, and it's one of our favorite kinds of projects. We'll walk the property with you and help you think through the things that matter most on rural land, like where the house should sit, driveway access, utilities, and septic. One helpful tip: if the land is still in a family member's name, it's a good idea to get that taken care of early, since most lenders will need it in yours.

We're based in Campbellsville and build throughout Taylor, Green, Marion, and Adair counties. Live a little farther out? Reach out anyway. We take on projects beyond these areas from time to time, and we're always happy to talk.

Every project is a little different, so pricing really depends on the scope: the size, design, materials, finishes, and site all play a part. The good news is that your consultation and estimate are always free. You'll get a detailed written estimate that shows exactly what's included before any work begins, and if anything needs to change along the way, we'll talk it through with you first.
-
For a new home or a larger project, it can definitely help. Knowing what you're comfortable spending (often through a construction loan) gives us a realistic budget to plan around together. But if you're not quite there yet, please still give us a call. We're glad to help you think through your project at any stage.

We work hard to stick to the schedule, but a few things can shift it. The most common are weather, material and delivery delays, and design changes made after work begins. Inspections can also take a little longer at busy times of year. If anything comes up, we'll let you know right away and walk you through the plan to keep your project moving. One helpful tip: making your selections (like cabinets, flooring, and fixtures) early is one of the best ways to keep things on track.
-
You'll work directly with Dustin, and you'll have his cell number from day one. He's on site most days, often working right alongside the crew, so he always knows exactly where things stand and can answer your questions along the way.
-
Dustin and his crew handle the building themselves, from framing walls to setting trusses. For specialty work like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, we bring in licensed local subcontractors we've trusted for years. Dustin coordinates every trade for you, so you never have to juggle schedules or wonder who's showing up.
-
That depends on the size and type of project, but you'll get a realistic schedule from us before we begin. Things like weather, material deliveries, and design changes can sometimes shift a timeline. If that happens, we'll let you know right away and walk you through the plan to keep things moving.

It starts with clear communication from the very beginning. Before any work begins, you'll get a detailed written estimate that spells out what's included, so there are no surprises. If something comes up along the way, or you decide you'd like to make a change, we'll talk it through with you and get your approval before moving forward. We'll also help you plan ahead by making selections early and setting aside a little cushion for the unexpected, so you can feel confident about where your money is going every step of the way.
Still Have Questions?
